Senior Social Worker (Adoption Team)
An interesting opportunity has arisen for two Social Workers to join the Ealing Adoption Service. The successful candidates will join a supportive and experienced team and be part of a high performing adoption service that is working to deliver the best possible outcomes for children.
We provide a full range of adoption services and you would be involved in permanency planning for our looked after children and recruiting, training and assessing prospective adopters who you would support through the process.
We are looking for social workers who like us are passionate about what they do. You will be committed to driving forward early permanence for children and meeting the required timescales for the approval of prospective adopters. You will be able to undertake assessments to a high standard and to family find creatively for children with complex needs. You will work closely with other professionals and in particular child care social workers to ensure that plans for children are progressed.
The successful applicants will hold social work qualifications and be HCPC registered.
