Purpose of the role
A database expert is required to manage, support and maximise the efficiency of the two databases (CiviCRM and iMIS) that are used within CoramBAAF, to ensure that they are effective tools for the organisation and its workforce.
CoramBAAF’s membership is central to the organisation, its raison d’etre and its activities. The Membership team provides a comprehensive membership service to 400 corporate and 800 individual members, both in the UK and internationally. The Database Analyst & Membership Officer will work closely with the Membership Manager, who has responsibility for managing the membership scheme, timely collection of membership fees, developing a long-term membership strategy and evaluating and implementing changes to membership as needed. CiviCRM is the membership database.
The postholder will also work with the Publications Sales and Distribution Manager to assist in the management of CoramBAAF’s Electronic Forms Licence Scheme, which generates a lot of income for the organisation. The postholder will be using the iMIS database for this element of the role.
