Bromley Permanency Team is committed to delivering high quality services to foster carers, connected persons and special guardians.
As a Fostering Team Manager, you will be managing a team of social workers undertaking recruitment, assessment, support, supervision of foster carers to ensure safe and resilient placements for Bromley’s Children Looked After. You will work closely with managers and teams across the service, you will be crucial in improving further our ability to sustain permanent placements for children and drive permanency planning for children we care for. In addition to the management of the team you will also oversee duty fostering/ placement referrals and chairing meetings including such as placement support and stability meetings when appropriate.
