Are you a self-employed adoption professional?
PACT requires experienced, qualified adoption social workers to support the existing staff teams within PACT. Areas of adoption covered include: adoption assessments, welfare supervision, initial interviews, therapeutic work (must have a professional membership), post-placement support, family finding and quality assurance.
We are looking for good quality social workers across the south east and specifically in and around London, Kent and Essex.
You must be HCPC registered and have experience in adoption. You will have the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines. All work will need to be completed to a high standard and you will be required to attend panel with your applicants. You will need to have access to your own transport, be willing to travel and hold your own professional indemnity insurance.
By joining PACT we can offer a competitive rate per assessment and you will be provided with support and consultation for each assignment. Travelling expenses are also reimbursed.
You will need to provide three references, a DBS check will be undertaken, and you must have a current certificate for completion of an acceptable safeguarding course. You may also be asked to show a sample of your previous work.
