IAC is an outstanding adoption agency, and we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our workforce.

IAC is continually growing and evolving and so this post would suit someone looking to move to the charitable sector and further their career in adoption & permanence services. IAC will continue to work remotely, and on average this post will involve one or two office days, and three days from home.

IAC is committed to having a workforce that reflects the diversity of the children and families whom we serve, so for these reasons on this occasion we particularly welcome applications from people of Black African, Black Caribbean and Asian heritage, as well as other groups who may be classed as Minority Ethnic.
