A unique opportunity for a passionate manager to be involved in our development. You will work as part of a team with foster carers and staff working in unity to create amazing outcomes for young people. You will be proud to work for Apex and you will want to achieve great results and we will fully support your growth and development along with the company's ambitious plans. We keep caseloads to 10 fostering families per social worker so that they have the time to develop supportive relationships. We will be covering the Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Lincolnshire and North and East London areas so you need to have a car and be prepared to drive, but all our staff are home based.
Essential requirement:
* A commitment to achieving amazing outcomes for young people.
* Current social work qualification and HCPC registration.
* At least 2 years of managing staff.
* At least 3 years working in fostering in the last 5 years.
* An excellent knowledge of the Fostering Regulations
* Excellent report writing skills
