In addition to ordering on this website you can use the following methods to purchase our publications:
You can email requests for pro-forma invoices to email@example.com. Please note that it is not secure, and therefore not advisable, to email credit or debit card details.
We cannot take telephone orders, and we do not recommend sending orders through the post.

Postage and packing
Postage and packing prices apply to all books, multimedia, Advice Notes and Practice Notes sold through this website. Postage and packing is calculated at the checkout stage.
For the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
- For orders up to £6.00, add £1.00 (40p for Advice Notes)
- For orders between £6.01 and £13.00, add £3.00
- For orders between £13.01 and £30.00, add £4.50
- For orders between £30.01 and £60.00, add £7.75
- For orders between £60.01 and £100.00, add £13.50
- For orders between £100.01 and £300.00, add £20.00
- For orders over £300.00, add £40.00
Pricing details are shown on individual items. All payments are charged in UK pounds sterling.
Airmail postage is charged at 25% of the total value of the order. We are not liable for any additional import or processing costs.
For the rest of the world
Airmail postage is charged at 35% of the total value of the order.

Delivery, returns and refunds
We normally aim to ship your order within two working days. Most orders are normally sent by second-class post, for which please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Large orders will be sent by courier. If we have to split your order because an item is out of stock there will be no extra charge to you.
Returns and refunds policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of receipt, provided the item/s are returned to us in sellable condition. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation. We will offer a full refund within the first 28 days and a credit note within 90 days of purchase. If 90 days have passed since your purchase we will not be able to offer a refund of any kind.
Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and can take 14 days to appear on your account. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card company again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CoramBAAF's refund policy is in line with your legal statutory rights. We are happy to refund any damages or defective items, or replace them at no extra cost to you. If we send you the wrong item we will replace it with the correct one, and send you a Freepost address to return the incorrect item.
If we cannot supply any item that you have paid for, you have the right to ask for a refund.
Books you accidentally purchase from the eBookstore are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 14 days of the date of purchase. You may not be eligible for a refund if a book has been significantly read. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the book.
Direct exchanges between eBooks and hard copies are not available.
