Join us for our fourth session of this series where Ellie Johnson, Health Consultant, will provide an update on the progress of various CoramBAAF forms projects. She will share the latest developments on updates to health forms, medical adviser templates, and social care forms (including the new Kinship Care Assessment, Form K). The session will also include a reminder of how the CoramBAAF license scheme works.

In the third session of this series, Dr Matt Woolgar introduced the National Adoption and Fostering Clinic and presented data highlighting the role of neurodevelopmental issues in care experienced children.
Quality of health assessments for children in care | 14 May 2024
In the second session of this new series, the quality of health assessments for children was on the agenda. CoramBAAF invited members to come along and share good practice examples and work undertaken locally to assess the quality of health assessments and discuss whether system changes are needed for the assessments of children living out of area.
Vaping and CBD products | 22 November 2023
In this first session the CoramBAAF team presented a roundup of current information on the topic. Members then debated the key practice points in breakout sessions and gave them the opportunity to discuss what advice medical advisers are giving in relation to carers using these products. We also looked at what the key public health messages are for children and young people.
