About the role:

  • As the Service Manager for the IRM you will have overall responsibility for the service including budget and finance responsibility and overall responsibility for the database.
  • You will receive support from a Contract Manager who has day to day responsibility for the service, so it will be necessary to meet on a regular basis to provide advice and guidance as well as keep abreast of operational activities.
  • The Service Manager will be the primary contact between the DfE, Trustees, and the CEO and will also take the lead on providing the necessary reports and updates for these stakeholders as well as undertaking quarterly safeguarding reviews.
  • This role represents an exciting opportunity to lead and shape an important service
