Practice Manager (Lincolnshire)
Practice Manager (Lincolnshire) The post holder will oversee first line management responsibility for individuals within the Fostering Team along with additional responsibilities as appropriate. This includes Supervising Social Workers, overseeing the Supervision and Support of Foster Carers and those working directly with children and young people cared for by Affinity in order to maintain placement stability. The Practice Manager is primarily concerned with ensuring high quality standards and compliance are achieved throughout the organisation, including regular auditing to ensure there is no gaps in compliance. Panel Chair
Panel Chair Plymouth is looking to recruit a Panel Chair to its Fostering Panel which currently meets twice monthly on Thursdays. The postholder will have a sound understanding of the fostering process, with the authority and competence to chair complex meetings. The postholder will also be expected to participate in regular Panel training, meet regularly with the Agency Decision Maker and work closely with the Agency Advisor to conduct annual appraisals of Panel members and to encourage good communication between the agency and Panel. Plymouth LA All inclusive sum per Panel and further remuneration, to cover all additional duties, such as appraisals of Panel members. Virtual Meetings presently, & Meetings held in Plymouth City Centre on occasion Panel Chair Plymouth LA Panels held Thursday twice per month, and reading of papers for preparation and reading of panel minutes
