Revised Form CAR and Section B (Child’s Adoption Report and Annex B) (2023)
Minor revisions have been made to Form CAR and Section B (Child’s Adoption Report and Annex B) (2023) in English and Welsh, to take into account legislative changes. Amendments have been made regarding the post-commencement information regulations, and agencies should now look to the National Adoption Service guidance on advance consent to disclosure of information. Agencies who have this form as part of their forms licence will be notified.
