Administrative Assistant (Advice and Information) We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our small and friendly team. The postholder will provide administrative support to our Advice and Information team, primarily to the Outbound and advice line services. The postholder will enter information and data in databases and systems and ensuring it is organised, updated, accurate and collated/analysed in ways that support the service to offer excellent customer support. The postholder will liaise with service users, responding to routine enquiries, and support delivery of services across the team including technical support with training. CoramBAAF £10,082.80 (£25,207 FTE) Coram Campus, London (hybrid possible) 14 hours per week, work pattern can be discussed, to include Thurs/Fri (Fri morning specifically)
