Membership Cycle

Our normal membership cycle lasts from 1st April to 31st March. As a new member, you will have a 12 month rolling membership which begins from the start of the month you join. At the end of your first twelve month period, your next invoice period will run pro-rated till the following 31st March. Further year’s memberships will then continue on a 12 month period within our normal membership cycle.

These documents are kept confidential and only used for the application process. 

Please upload, if available, one copy of your:

  • Constitution and memorandum & articles
  • Latest annual report
  • Latest audited annual accounts (not required if you are a new agency)
  • Equal opportunities policy
  • Mission statement or statement of aims and objectives
You can upload up to 5 files. Maximum size for each file is 5MB.

The data we collect on our evaluation forms is used to help us improve our service, and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. Individual responses will be kept for a maximum of 1 year, but anonymised, collated data may be kept indefinitely.
