Administrative Assistant (Advice and Information)
Administrative Assistant (Advice and Information) We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our small and friendly team. The postholder will provide administrative support to our Advice and Information team, primarily to the Outbound and advice line services. The postholder will enter information and data in databases and systems and ensuring it is organised, updated, accurate and collated/analysed in ways that support the service to offer excellent customer support. The postholder will liaise with service users, responding to routine enquiries, and support delivery of services across the team including technical support with training. CoramBAAF £10,082.80 (£25,207 FTE) Coram Campus, London (hybrid possible) 14 hours per week, work pattern can be discussed, to include Thurs/Fri (Fri morning specifically)
Self-employed Form F Assessor
Self-employed Form F Assessor As a self-employed worker with Barnardo’s, the post holder will be a part of our amazing team of professionals working with our organisational values at the heart of their everyday practice. We are recruiting registered social workers to undertake Form F assessments on an independent basis. This is a home working role, combined with face-to-face visits to families where the post holder will get to know the applicants better and undertake health & safety assessments. We are particularly looking for assessors who can potentially work with applicants across the South-East and South of England, including London and parts of Essex. Member Services Manager
Member Services Manager We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and proactive professional to lead our small but dedicated Member Services team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with strong membership, organisational and communications skills and experience and a desire to provide high quality services to members and customers. The Member Services Manager will provide leadership and line management across both membership and the forms licence scheme. The postholder will maximise income from CoramBAAF membership and ensure its continued reach and relevance. They will also maximise income from the forms licence scheme and actively promote its importance as a key member benefit. Importantly they will strengthen engagement with members to ensure retention whilst also increasing reach and awareness nationally to recruit new members. CoramBAAF £30,600 per annum (£51,000 FTE) Coram Campus, London – hybrid of office and home working 21 hours per week
Member Services Team Assistant
Member Services Team Assistant The Member Services Team Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the Member Services Team, including both membership and the forms licence scheme. The postholder will monitor the Membership and Licences inboxes and respond to general enquiries and direct more complex enquiries to the appropriate colleague/team. The postholder will help to maintain and update member/customer records in the CRM database and assist with payment chasing of membership and licence invoices. CoramBAAF £13,468 per annum (£26,936 FTE) Coram Campus, London - Hybrid of office and home working 17.5 hours per week

Medical Advisers need to be aware of the relevant legislation, statutory guidance and competencies framework. They are required to interpret information and present this in an informative and considered format for social care colleagues, panels and potential carers. This course will consider the Medical Adviser's role in adoption relating to children.
