Adoption Support Social Worker We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join us in the Adoption Support Team. We are looking for a strong candidate to join us and contribute to making a real difference to the safety and well-being of children in Cumbria.  We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years post qualifying experience with strong knowledge of Adoption work. The post holder will work as part of a team with a plan of adoption countywide and this post principally covering the whole of Cumbria. The post holder will work closely with the Children's care planning teams and with the Adoption teams to ensure children with a plan of adoption can live in their permanent family at the earliest opportunity. Social Worker or Senior Social Worker, Adoption team - Reading We are looking for a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker to join our Adoption Team in Reading. Our adoption teams focus on assessing prospective adopters who can consider fostering to adopt and/or adopting a wide range of children including those over four years old, sibling groups of two or more children, children from diverse ethnicities and children who may have physical or learning disabilities. The post holder will manage all aspects of work with our valued applicants from the early stages of recruitment, Information Sharing Meetings, assessment, preparation and training, through to successful placement and post placement support up to the making of the adoption order. Parents And Children Together Salary ranges from £31,483 - £38,479 per annum for Social Worker, and £36,326 to £44,399 for Senior Social Worker. Based in Reading with Hybrid Working. The majority of service delivery will be within a 50-mile radius of Reading. Permanent Full Time Position (37 hours per week)
