Supervising Social Worker
We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker, preferably who speaks Urdu, to support the Registered Manager in developing the service and supporting foster carers as we grow, maintaining the caring and supportive ethos that the owners want for foster carers, children, and staff. The postholder will support foster carers and their families to achieve outstanding outcomes for all children and young people in foster care. The postholder will support and monitor the continued suitability and competence of foster carers ensuring they provide a safe, healthy, nurturing and learning environment for children/young people.
Assured Fostering
£35,000 - £37,000 depending on experience
Hybrid – working from home with attending occasional meetings at the office based in Bolton. Caseload covering Lancashire, West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

Post Adoption Social Worker/Senior Practitioner
We are seeking a dynamic adoption support social worker or senior practitioner wishing to play an active role in the delivery and development of a high-quality adoption service as part of the Coram Ambitious for Adoption Regional Adoption Agency. The task for the Regional Adoption Agency is to ensure that all children who have a plan for adoption are given every chance to have that ambition realised and when placed in a permanent family receive relevant support as their needs change and develop. The post holder will ensure that the services of advice, guidance and sign posting to other relevant services, counselling, support with staying in touch (direct or letterbox), access to adopter peer support, parenting support programmes and targeted therapeutic support through the Adoption Support Fund are delivered. The post holder will have access to services within Waltham Forest to undertake this task and be part of a bigger network of support from colleagues from across the RAA.

Fostering Panel Chair
Do What's Right, Do what's needed, Do what works.
As a professional and engaged Chair of meetings the postholder will facilitate a diverse and committed Fostering panel covering fostering services across the South of England. This panel hears items from two teams based in the South West along with one team in Hampshire and another in London. We hold roughly 16 panels per year.
