We are seeking a dynamic family finder/adoption support Social Worker or Senior Practitioner wishing to play an active role in the delivery and development of a high quality adoption service, but as part of the Coram Ambitious for Adoption Regional Adoption Agency. The post holder will lead and develop the post adoption support service for the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Coram Family Lives was formed over fifty years ago by volunteers to ensure all parents had somewhere to turn before they reach crisis point and provides targeted early intervention support to those who are struggling. Following integration into the Coram Group, the organisation is entering an important phase of development, sustainability and impact, distinctive expertise, voice and relationships.

Working directly with the Chief Executive as a member of the Senior Management Team of Coram, the Managing Director of Family Services and Development will lead the delivery, oversight and development of both national and local programmes of family support. This includes leading Coram Family Lives, which consists of 100 staff and more than 130 active volunteers, as well as leading other projects as required.
