Family Finding Senior Practitioner - Westminster We are seeking a dynamic family finding Senior Practitioner wishing to play an active role in the delivery and development of a high quality adoption service but as part of the Coram Ambitious for Adoption RAA. The post holder will be responsible for being the lead professional in family finding and assisting with providing a statutory post adoption service to local residents. This includes working collaboratively with other family finders and post adoption workers across the RAA. The post holder will have access to services within Bi-Borough to undertake this task and be part of a bigger network of support from colleagues from across the RAA. All Coram staff are actively engaged in activities with colleagues to improve the quality of services and to develop themselves as adoption practitioner. Adoption Team Manager
Adoption Team Manager Working as part of the Adoption Service Management Team, the postholder will provide operational management oversight of the Adoption Duty Team, making key decisions in relation to adoption enquiries, ensuring sufficiency of adopters to meet placement demands, in line with our strategic plan to recruit a diverse group of adopters to reflect the needs of children with a plan for adoption. The postholder will also work closely alongside colleagues in the RAA to promote timely adoption placements of children with an adoption plan. This 15 month fixed term post is based in the Adoption Recruitment and Assessment Team. You will be joining a dynamic and progressive team where children are at the centre of everything we do.
