Adoption Team Manager Working as part of the Adoption Service Management Team, the postholder will provide operational management oversight of the Adoption Duty Team, making key decisions in relation to adoption enquiries, ensuring sufficiency of adopters to meet placement demands, in line with our strategic plan to recruit a diverse group of adopters to reflect the needs of children with a plan for adoption. The postholder will also work closely alongside colleagues in the RAA to promote timely adoption placements of children with an adoption plan. Independent Social Worker We are looking for independent assessing social workers to undertake Form F assessments. This is a hybrid working role and the postholder will assess prospective foster carers using a combination of video calling and face-to-face visits before making a recommendation of their fostering suitability.
