Administrative Assistant (Advice and Information) Contract: 6 months fixed term (with possibility of extension) The Administrative Assistant (Advice and Information) provides important administrative support to our small, friendly Advice and Information Team, which includes CoramBAAF members’ Advice Line, The Outbound Permanence Service and the Information Service. CoramBAAF members’ Advice Line covers all aspect of adoption, fostering, kinship and related areas. The Outbound Permanence service provides specialist advice by email, supported by legal research, country-specific written guidance and individual consultations where required, to local authorities making arrangements for children to live with relatives and friends overseas. The Information Service supports the advice line and CoramBAAF members with up-to-date information, research, resources and statistics. CoramBAAF £10,000 per annum (£25,000 FTE) Coram Campus, 41 Brunswick Square, London WC1N 2QA (with some working from home/hybrid possible) 14 hours per week (Part-time)

Independent Social Worker Barnardo’s wish to recruit Independent Social Workers to help with our adoption work in the South West, Midlands, London, South East, East Anglia and Thames Valley areas. The post holders will be qualified and experienced Social Workers who have experience of carrying out adoption assessments. The postholders will work independently as external consultants on a freelance basis and will be supported by a Practice Manager and will be invited to training events and external consultant forums on a regular basis. Independent Social Worker
Independent Social Worker We are seeking to recruit experienced freelance Social Workers to assess applicants for their suitability as adoptive parents and Early Permanence carers. The postholders must be able to take work in London and the surrounding counties. Applicants must be self-motivated, able to work to deadlines and be flexible in meeting the needs of the applicants and the agency. Substantial experience in adoption work is essential. An Induction and ongoing training will be provided.

Coram Ambitious for Adoption £2,300 - £2,600 per assessment. Additional fees paid for post approval and post placement support. Home based with the expectation that Independent Social Workers are able to travel to meet with prospective adopters and come into the office as required for relevant meetings As and when required
