The postholder will be expected at times to travel across the region between office bases in Woking, Reigate, Horsham and Lewes, with your named office base in Woking. The Supervising Social Worker (SSW) will supervise, manage, support, develop, recruit, and retain foster parents. The SSW will provide foster parents with a high level of support that enables them to give the best possible outcomes to the children and young people placed with Hope Fostering.
