We are asking our members to take part in our private fostering survey to learn more about private fostering in their local authority, as information about privately fostered children is limited and the numbers are not known.

Assistant Team Manager, Adoption Team
Assistant Team Manager, Adoption Team Fixed term appointment for up to 12 months. Working closely with the Team Manager, the post holder will provide support and supervision to a team of dedicated and experienced social workers. This will include assisting with managing workloads across the team as well as coaching and supervising team members to ensure that the highest standards of quality and professional practice are achieved and maintained, and they reach their full potential. In addition, the post holder will carry your own small caseload and deputise for the Team Manager as needed. Parents And Children Together (PACT) Salary range: £39,434 to £48,198 per annum, plus £3,299 per annum location allowance Based in London with hybrid working arrangements. The role provides service delivery with regular travel in the London Boroughs. Full time post, 37 hours per week.
