Senior Information and Library Officer The Senior Information and Library Officer post is designed to increase our focus on developing and delivering high-quality library and information services to CoramBAAF colleagues, members and visitors. The role is ideal for someone who wants to build on their existing knowledge, skills and experience in a small, friendly and busy team, and who would relish the being part of an evolving service and taking on responsibility for supervising volunteers. The post holder will join CoramBAAF at an exciting time as we move forward with our Library Management System replacement project and plans to develop our specialist library, which is now located in a newly renovated space as part of the Institute for Children on the Coram campus. Medical Advisor The Independent Review Mechanism for England (IRM) provides, on behalf of the Secretary of State for Education, review panels for potential and current foster carers and adopters when agencies have decided not to approve them as a foster carer or adopter, or to terminate or change the terms of their approval. As an IRM Medical Advisor the postholder will be provide written medical advice to caseworkers, panel members and the Contract Manager about individual applicant and their suitability to foster/adopt as well as ad hoc advice on occasions.

Health Consultant This role is an essential part of CoramBAAF’s multi-disciplinary offer for CoramBAAF members, providing expertise, knowledge and experience of health practice and policy within Adoption, Kinship and Foster care. The postholder will work alongside CoramBAAF's existing Health Consultant to provide leadership and direction in respect of CoramBAAF’s goal to promote positive health outcomes for care experienced children and young people including adopted children and children in kinship care. The postholder will help to develop policy and good practice guidance for health and social care professionals and services in a multi-disciplinary context. The postholder will facilitate the CoramBAAF Health Group and the Health Advisory Committee and ensure that the work of the health group continuously develops. CoramBAAF £31,920 per annum (£53,200 FTE) Coram Campus, London – hybrid of office and home working.
