Social Work Assistant The Social Work Assistant will facilitate exchanges of information (letterbox and virtual communication) for the child between their birth family and their adopted family to enable the child to feel accepted within their new family whilst enabling him/her to feel comfortable in acknowledging their identity and giving them reassurances about their birth family. The postholder will assist with finances and the paying and tracking of invoices and other payments associated with the adoption team. The postholder will work as part of the wider Adoption administration team to support the smooth and efficient day to day running of the Adoption office (Hillingdon). Children’s Group Workers Coram is looking for enthusiastic and confident Creche Workers and Lead Workers to support our Saturday therapeutic parenting groups. The children’s group runs at the same time as the parents’ sessions; offering a safe, nurturing space for children aged 3 to 8. The postholder will be part of a small experienced team providing consistent care and play based activities for a group of 8 to 10 children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, values routine and continuity, and are confident supporting a mixed age group.
