Regional Head of Together4Children Together4Children is an innovative partnership between Shropshire Council, Staffordshire County Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Telford & Wrekin Council. We are the regional adoption agency for the four councils. We also provide other services and initiatives that support children’s permanency. We're looking for a passionate, committed and highly motivated individual to join us in this key leadership role. Reporting to our Regional Management Board represented by Directors/Assistant Directors of Children’s Services the post holder will be working with a range of national and regional stakeholders. The post holder will be an insightful thinker with a track record of delivering complex services, driving performance and developing practice.

Independent Fostering Panel Member
Independent Fostering Panel Member Surrey County Council is seeking to appoint independent members to sit on our Fostering Panel. These roles are independent from Surrey County Council. As an independent member the postholder's work may be a combination of virtual fostering panels as well as some office working from our office in Woking or  Reigate. At interview the postholder will be asked about which location/s they are able to attend. Surrey County Council £300 for a full day or £150 for half a day. Kinship Care Support Officer (Placement Support) This is an exciting post working both with children in care and their kinship carers to support them to enhance placement stability. The job is varied and requires a high degree of flexibility. Successful applicants will need a good understanding of the issues facing children in care and their kinship carers including the impact of early trauma throughout the young persons childhood. A proven ability to relate well to children and adults is essential as well as an understanding safeguarding issues and trauma. Kinship Care Support Officer - Part Time
Kinship Care Support Officer This role is for a Kinship Care Support Officer, it is a part time post of 20 hours per week. The postholder will be employed to join our team as a Kinship Care Support Officer.  The role will be to work alongside social workers, Senior Social Workers, as well as the Pod Manager to assist in the Support Service section of our busy team.  The postholder does not need to be social work qualified to apply for this post, however experience of working within Children's Services and Kinship Care is beneficial. Foster Panel Chair
Foster Panel Chair As Panel Chair, you will be required to take responsibility for chairing panel meetings, ensuring that all items of business are covered and that the panel operates in accordance with Fostering Regulations and RCC’s policies and procedures. Keeping the experience of the Child at the center of your discussions you will lead the independent scrutiny of Fostering Assessments and Reviews in order to make recommendations to the Agency Decision Maker in respect of carer’s suitability to foster and/or any changes to their approval. Registered Manager
Registered Manager We are now looking for a Registered Manager to lead and develop the service. The postholder will have input at every step of our development, working closely with the Responsible Individual to maintain the caring and supportive ethos that the owners want for foster carers, children, and staff.  Assured Fostering Salary is initially £45,000 - £47500. There may be scope for some negotiation around salary for an experienced applicant.
