By completing a booking form you are agreeing to our booking and cancellation policy.

Our workshops and conferences are number dependent and we advise you not to book non-refundable travel or accommodation until you have received final booking confirmation from CoramBAAF. Final booking confirmation will only be sent once the event has achieved viability. 

If you can no longer attend the event, a substitute may be sent in your place up until the event date. You must notify CoramBAAF of this change as soon as possible. 

For workshops only - We may allow you to transfer to another date within the current programme if written notice is given no later than 5 days prior to the workshop date. If we can allow a transfer, this may only be actioned once and full payment will be charged for cancellation at any time thereafter.

The following fees will be applicable should you cancel your booking:

Following receipt of written confirmation of the event - 25% of fee
Cancellation between two and four weeks prior to the event - 50% of fee
Cancellation within 14 days of the event - 100% of fee


CANCELLATION OF A WORKSHOP OR CONFERENCE BY CoramBAAF

  • CoramBAAF reserves the right to cancel at any time, for reasons including but not limited to, low attendee numbers, venue issues, equipment or speaker availability.
  • Notification will be provided within 21 days of the event whenever possible and delegates will be refunded the full fee.
  • CoramBAAF is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to the cancellation of an event. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations made.
