The post holder will assist with enquiries and bookings as well as financial transactions and help organise venues, travel and other arrangements.

Project Worker - Mockingbird
We are seeking to grow our team of passionate and dynamic project workers within Mockingbird. Whist this role will be based in the South of England with a particular focus on the South West, some travel will be required across the UK to support national events and work with services in other regions. The post holder will make a vital contribution helping us to sustain and expand this US based model throughout the UK. In this role the post holder will help make a difference and improve the lives of foster families and of children and young people in foster care. You will provide guidance and support to fostering services to enable them to understand, implement and sustain the Mockingbird model.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic adviser to support the delivery of Fosterline England, the national advice and information service for prospective and current foster carers across England. With excellent inter-personal skills, and demonstrable experience of providing practical and/or emotional support to others, the post holder will use sound understanding of current fostering legislation, policy and practice in England to provide appropriate, relevant and accurate information and advice verbally and in writing to everyone contacting Fosterline England.

This role is with Adopt South, the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton local authorities, with the lead authority Hampshire County Council as the employer. A secondment opportunity would be considered. Are you a qualified Educational Psychologist with the skills and experience to play a leading role within our innovative Adoption Support multi-disciplinary team? Adopt South, have recently been awarded a Department of Education two-year investment, to fund the exploration, creation and development of a multi-agency model of support, for families and their children. The role will encompass in-person and online consultations to families and children impacted by behaviour, trauma and/or attachment, as well as knowledge building and learning for families and groups.
