Panel Chair Plymouth is looking to recruit a Panel Chair to its Fostering Panel which currently meets twice monthly on Thursdays. The postholder will have a sound understanding of the fostering process, with the authority and competence to chair complex meetings. The postholder will also be expected to participate in regular Panel training, meet regularly with the Agency Decision Maker and work closely with the Agency Advisor to conduct annual appraisals of Panel members and to encourage good communication between the agency and Panel.
