Team Manager - Adoption This is a great opportunity for a high calibre Social Worker to take their first step into management, or for an existing Team Manager with relevant experience in children's social work to join Adoption Southeast (ASE), the regional adoption agency for the Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton area. The post-holder will need to demonstrate commitment to securing permanence for looked after children through adoption, capacity for contributing to ongoing service development and ability to collaborate with local authority and regional adoption agency colleagues. The post-holder will need to be a a confident casework supervisor who is able to provide robust management oversight of the prospective adopter journey and assessments of adoption support needs (for families who have adopted their children).

With the post-holders social work experience with children and families, the post-holders will be responsible for all aspects of work with our valued applicants from the early stages of recruitment, initial interview, preparation, and training, through to successful placement and post placement support up to the making of the adoption order. Parents And Children Together Starting salary ranges from £31,483 - £38,479 per annum for Social Worker, and £36,326 to £44,399 for Senior Social Worker. Training Coordinator
Training Coordinator We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Training and Events Team. CoramBAAF has a long-standing reputation as a provider of high-quality training, conference and consultancy services aimed at social work, health care, legal professionals and also, when appropriate, foster carers and adopters.
CoramBAAF runs a workshop and conference programme across England and offers bespoke training services to agencies. The post-holder will provide administrative support coordinating all aspects of the training (commissioned and open course) programme. The post-holder will support colleagues in high quality customer service, as well as the organisation and delivery of commissioned and open course programme and consultancy projects. CoramBAAF £24,000 per annum Hybrid of home and some office based working in London 35 hours per week

Training Development Consultant We are looking for a Training Development Consultant to join our Training and Events Team. CoramBAAF has a long-standing reputation as a provider of high-quality training, conference and consultancy services aimed at social work, health care, legal professionals and also, when appropriate, foster carers and adopters. CoramBAAF runs a workshop and conference programme across England and offers bespoke training services to agencies. The post-holder will work with the training team colleagues to quality assure and keep up to date training programme content including session activities, slides, workbooks, references and trainer notes according to CoramBAAF house style. The post-holder will work with the Training, Consultancy and Events Manager and CoramBAAF colleagues to develop new training events and materials, informed by customer enquiries, suggestions from associate trainer consultants and input from CoramBAAF colleagues. CoramBAAF £38,000 FTE Hybrid of home and some office based working in London 35 hours per week (spread over 5 or 4 days open to discussion)
