That kinship care matters to the 130,000 children living with kinship carers is clear. CoramBAAF is delighted that this has finally been recognised by the Government in the publication of the first-ever National Kinship Care Strategy.

Family Finding Social Worker / Senior Practitioner
Family Finding Social Worker / Senior Practitioner We are seeking a dynamic Family Finding Social Worker or Senior Practitioner wishing to play an active role in the delivery and development of a high quality family finding service for the London Borough of Hillingdon, for children with a plan for adoption. The post holder will have lead responsibility for family finding, but will also assist the team with providing a statutory post adoption service [assessments for post adoption support and applications to the Adoption Support Fund] for families living within the local area. They will be part of a small and very supportive team to develop practise and skills in this area and will be able to access resources and services within Hillingdon to support their role and be part of a bigger network of support from colleagues from across the RAA.
