With social work experience with children and families, the post holder will manage all aspects of work with our valued applicants from the early stages of recruitment, information sharing meetings, assessment, preparation and training, through to successful placement and post placement support up to the making of the adoption order. Parents And Children Together Full time salary ranges from £31,483 - £38,479 per annum for Social Worker, and £36,326 to £44,399 for Senior Social Worker. Based in Reading with hybrid working. Independent Fostering Panel Chair
Independent Fostering Panel Chair Milton Keynes City Council is currently developing its Fostering Service and is seeking an experienced Chair for its Fostering Panel. On average the Panel meets every three weeks, although additional panels are occasionally scheduled. Meetings are currently virtual however this may change to include some face-to-face sessions. As Chair the post holder will ensure that all items of business are covered and ensure that the Panel operates in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures. The post holder will read papers carefully, identify key issues, work with an adviser to help ensure cases are adequate for submission, and facilitate the active participation of all members as the Panel considers cases and makes clear and well evidenced recommendations. Milton Keynes City Council £550 per full panel day, £300 for panel appraisals, £200 for completing the annual report, £100 for attending quarterly meetings Milton Keynes mkc/TP/238/1053 As required to chair Fostering Panel and attend other meetings.

Adoption and Fostering Panel Administrator We have a great opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to play a key role in in providing administration to our adoption service. The post holder will be part of a small team of administrators working closely alongside the Panel Adviser to administer the joint adoption and fostering panel. Within this role, the post holder will have opportunities to support the regional and voluntary adoption agency, co-ordinate panel processes from pre panel bookings, minutes and post panel actions, ensuring panel data and documentation is accurate. The post holder should have excellent communication, IT and minute taking skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a larger team. Experience of maintaining administrative systems, completing accurate minutes and meeting competing deadlines is essential. Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2025 Coram Ambitious for Adoption £15,450 - £16,941 per annum (£25,750 - £28,325 full-time equivalent), dependent on experience Coram Campus, Bloomsbury, London (Hybrid) 21 hours 3 days per week, contract: fixed term until 31st March 2025
