James Bury, CoramBAAF’s Head of Policy, Research and Development, shares reflections on a key report that has been launched this week. ‘Increasing access to evidence-informed mental health service provision for children in care in England – National recommendations for change’ was authored by Professor Rachel Hiller alongside key academic authors and contributors and has been supported by CoramBAAF, UCL and UK Trauma Council.
Team Manager (Fostering)
As a Team Manager (Fostering) at Community Foster Care the postholder will promote the ambitions and dreams of children, by leading and enabling our team of Supervising Social Workers and Family Support Workers, whilst reporting to the Registered Manager. The postholder will do this by recruiting, enabling and enhancing foster families to provide safe, stable, loving, nurturing family homes. The postholder will harness CFC resources and therapeutic approach to achieve this. We have two Team Manager posts, one based in Lancaster and one in Gloucester.
