LGBTQ+ Adoption & Fostering Week will take place from 4 – 11 March 2024. The annual campaign brings together adoption and fostering agencies from across the UK with LGBTQ+ potential applicants.The week is hosted by New Family Social to raise awareness and encourage the LGBTQ+ community to consider adoption or fostering.

Section 28, part of the Local Government Act 1988 in the UK, prohibited local authorities from promoting or endorsing homosexuality and its acceptance in schools.
