Chief Executive Officer
St David’s Children Society is a registered charity and not for profit voluntary adoption and fostering agency. Due to the pending retirement of the CEO of St David’s Children Society, an exciting opportunity has arisen to lead this vibrant, forward-thinking Agency into the next stage of its development. We seek an experienced, creative and passionate leader, combining innovation and commitment, to deliver on the Agency’s three-year Strategic Plan. The successful candidate will demonstrate energy, expertise and knowledge of the contemporary challenges facing adoption. They will demonstrate energy in driving forward developments in fostering and wider permanency spectrum. The successful candidate will be able to evidence the professional, technical and managerial skills required to motivate and lead a team to optimise life chances for children.
