This article draws from the latest research to share eight key concepts, debunk common myths, and offers a refreshed curriculum to help social workers use the theory more effectively.

Supervising Social Worker
Supervising Social Worker We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker, preferably who speaks Urdu, to support the Registered Manager in developing the service and supporting foster carers as we grow, maintaining the caring and supportive ethos that the owners want for foster carers, children, and staff. The postholder will support foster carers and their families to achieve outstanding outcomes for all children and young people in foster care. The postholder will support and monitor the continued suitability and competence of foster carers ensuring they provide a safe, healthy, nurturing and learning environment for children/young people.
Assured Fostering £35,000 - £37,000 depending on experience Hybrid – working from home with attending occasional meetings at the office based in Bolton. Caseload covering Lancashire, West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. 9am - 5pm
